I have a full ...proof failsafe way to keep from crying when you chop onions! I got it from the movie "The Help". So you hold a match stick between your teeth when you are chopping onions and it works every time! And no, it is not lit! It has to be like a wooden matchstick, not those cheapy ones that come in a little paper packet.

We are into our 8th month RVing and living/traveling/working in central Mexico. At around the 2 year mark we plan to choose a home base area but we will be renting not buying and no plans to go to the U.S., like ever...

Awesome, yep now that St Pete is so gentrified those prices are sky high. What happened to the live in Mexico idea? We have a home base in Trinity FL and every time we return its repair/clean up the yard/find insurance company :)

Yes it is crazy prices there. We still want to live in Mexico but everything is cash there and we're not financially ready for such a large purchase. Here we can get a mortgage.

Being in real estate for a while helped. The A/C guy is family. Roofers and termite people we've used before on past flips. Camilo was recommended to us by family and he helped us renovate a fix and flip in St. Pete we did in 2018. So we knew he was amazing already!
