We bought an ABANDONED stone house in Portugal...BUT didn´t have access!

Welcome to our first ever KZbin video @ TeaAndTinto. When we bought the house it had been abandoned for decades. The grounds were full of rubble. The old iron gates were ceased shut , and brambles, ivy and an assortment of weeds carpeted the mess. Our first priority was to transform the courtyard and turn it into a lovely space for parking the cars.

We feel a special kinship with the people of Portugal. Dozens of vessels of the Portuguese White Fleet would take shelter in St. John's from storms on the Grand Banks when I was a young fellow. Years of experience in construction , says , your drive is to temporary basis . it will sink in a very short time , reason being it has not been battered down properly and with very light coating of base . it will churn up into one muddy mess after a few heavy bouts of rain . just saying . from UK .
