I also did this. In Germany the gyms are closed but I have to train. So I collected some junk and build a rack, bench and something to store my weights. No excuses my friends Ps. Buff dad has some mad skills, nice

@Mike Kane thank you, it's funny, but in the last year I made more progress in a short time than ever. I got no fancy machines, just a barbell and 2 dumbells. Focusing on the main lifts helped a lot. No distractions

@@HeidisHereAndThere Fair point I checked and it costs $9.5 a box (they sell it in 4 packs). It's about 2 times your regular Kellogg's. Though... people expend +$5 on a cup of coffee from Starbucks so I don't know, I guess it comes down to your individual priorities. I leave alone so a box can last a week so $40 a month in cerial might not be to bad.

I love this one! On a recent deployment, I had built a squat rack inspired by one of your older videos but I added a bunch of similar pieces using junkyard items! Deadlift w humvee rims was awesome.
