It was great that you shared the outdoor adventure with your family. Some day you need to have an outdoor adventure in the Shawnee National Forrest. You can fish, hunt ducks, deer, pick mushrooms and eat bison meat products. Bison Bluff Farms, is close to the Shawnee Bluffs Canopy Tour, where you can zip line through a 3 hour tour of tree tops and rope bridges.

Love your videos and cooking, Thank You for all of the hard work! One thing... Has anyone talked with you about your fishing technique? I was taught, and have been successful, with setting the hook once with straight hooks and not at all with circle hooks and reeling in with smooth steady constant pressure never letting the line go slack. If you jerk the pole at all with a fish on, the second of slack line is an opportunity for them to get off so slow steady up, reel down never letting the line go slack :)

Been making okonomiyaki a lot at home. Just struggling to get the middle cooked through unless that's how it's supposed to be! Last time I quick sauteed some onions in mirin and umeboshi and added them in the batter - whoa!! Looks incredible, and what a great catch!
