Today's the day. I can't believe it's really happening! Today we're heading down to North Carolina for Joe's scheduled vasectomy reversal surgery. We are so excited to share this journey with you all as we try for baby #3, God willing! We thought it would be fun to take you along with us!
Six years ago, we made the decision to not have any more children after the Lord gave us two beautiful babies. Problem is, we were so young. I was 34 & Joe was 36. As we grew in our marriage & in life, we decided that we didn't want to be done. We really wanted one more baby if the Lord would allow it. So after much discussion & much prayer, we scheduled Joe to have the vasectomy reversed. Reversals are not 100% guaranteed. There is a chance we may not be able to conceive. But we're going to do everything we can on our end & let God take care of the rest. Thank you for sharing this special moment with us! Cheers...

Me, Ariana again. I am sooo excited that they found sperm in the left side!!!! That is incredible! My prayers are with you, and i hope there is another little babe of yours born in AK! My husband had his vasectomy 3 years ago after our 4th child, I was 26 at the time. So I know we are done, 2 year age gap from the time I was 19. I'm tired 😫. We wanted 6, but my body just kept making them smaller, and my placentas started deteriorating. My last babe was 4 pounds born at 36 weeks, and a true knot in her cord. My first babe was 8.11. It was time for us, as I knew my body couldn't handle another pregnancy unfortunately. I am soo thrilled that you will have the chance to be a mama to a newborn again, and Parker will be an incredible big brother! I know you aren't pregnant, yet 😉. But do you have thoughts on what kind of birth you want this time around? Hospital, home? Glad Joe is recovering well, and you get to start trying!

Hi Ariana! Aw I’m so happy to hear that y’all were blessed with 4 babies before vasectomy! ♥️ That’s another reason I want to share this journey just to give people something to think about ya know? I never had anyone talk things over with Joe and I before vasectomy. Like hey, you sure??? Lol…maybe if we had, we would’ve waited. It just gives people that might be thinking about getting it done…something to think about. So yes, I have thought about all of your questions. I actually wanted to do a home birth BUT Joe and talked it over & at the Alaska cabin we are so pushed out there that if there was complications, we’re an hour away from the nearest hospital. 😬 So we will def be having the baby at the hospital but I do desire a midwife…maybe even a doula. Totally natural like I did with Parker. With Lexxy I had an epidural and it robbed me of all the things I should’ve been able to feel, even the pain. So def natural birth but we will be at a hospital just in case. 😊

I was 19 and my husband 26 when we decided the vesectomy. We just had it reversed march 13th 2023 by a trained micro surgeon. Thankfully They found live non motile one side and live motile sperm on the other side. After 21 years they said he is restored about 98% .. however we have to wait to see..

Tina this is unreal, when my husband went to get a vasectomy he was half sedated when it was over I asked him how it went he said fine I suppose except when it was happening it was as if a vein in his neck was being pulled down .....? Well they say some men have pregnancy symptoms?? Really? When you talked about your neck I expected you to say Joe felt this , then you said it was you lolllll What can I say Weird or what aye? Well let me get really personal here and tell you that both my ex-husband and Tommy (my current husband) both have issues now because they had a vasectomy years ago. They don't really tell you the long term side effects down the road but they are there. Frequent Epididymitis in both hubs and apparently it's pretty painful. Some studies even showed men who have had a vasectomy are twice as likely to develop prostate cancer. So a reversal could save him from that even if you don't have #3. I hope your procedure worked the way you want and I don't think you overshared.

It goes the same for Women getting Tubal ligations as well. I have shared with Tina how her sharing Her and Joe’s Journey with the Vasectomy has encouraged me. I haven’t mentioned that in Regards to me praying about having a Tubal Reversal also had to do with, my Husband and I wondering if it would help with my hormones. It is so bothersome that Doctors don’t mention possible side effects or things that can happen. I really believe that Vasectomies and Tubal Ligations not being discouraged. Is wanting the population to not be increased( For Husbands and Wives to not be Fruitful and Multiply). I was encouraged to get a Tubal Ligation at 32. As Tina knows, I have asked the Lord for forgiveness.

There is a lot the Lord has Opened My Eyes to through the Word(KJV) and has done so Much Healing in Me, Spiritually, Mentally and Physically! Having a Tubal Ligation Reversal, is more about the fact I regret doing it..First of all because I don’t believe it is Biblical and that the Lord doesn’t want Men and Women to be Sterilized. The 2nd one is because, since I was 32 years old, My Husband and I have wanted to have more children. I am so Very Thankful for Our 4 children!! Yes, I am 46 now and my husband is 49. I don’t see it as us being old. Anyway the Lord has shown me by being obedient to him. By Trusting in him, giving my anxieties, my emotions, being submissive and respectful to my husband. Also going to him with the things that stress me out. My Hormones are in better place. Yes, it is Extremely shameful what Pastors don’t address. Pastors, Believers are called to Share the Truth!! All the Truths of the Word!! (KJV) My Husband shared a KZbin video of Message talking about the Topics you mentioned. I will se if I can find it and share it with you.

Hey there! Just checked out your 3 videos. Your property is beautiful! Good for you guys deciding to explore & adventure out! That’s what life’s all about. ♥️ For 3 yrs I used “iMovie” to edit all my videos. It’s free. You can download it from the App Store. I just upgraded to “Final Cut Pro” 1 year ago. FCP is $299. And while FCP is awesome and has a lot of advanced features like more transition options, sound effects etc., iMovie is great & works just fine! Especially if your just starting out!😊It takes time to learn everything, just take a little time each week to watch some KZbin videos on how to edit etc. And you’ll get better with every video! I’m still learning. 😉
