Jon and Alex Nield are two of United's best-known and most passionate fans, travelling up and down the country to watch the Reds, including the academy sides. Despite Alex having cerebral palsy the two are seen at practically every game.
They won't be attending United's home game against Barcelona however as following the PSG game they don't feel safe. For PSG, like many other European games, the away fans were put in front of the disabled section. The PSG fans ripped down the netting in front of them and setting off flares, screaming abuse at United supporters and intimidating some of those sat in the disabled section.
Jon says he doesn't feel safe enough to take Alex to Old Trafford for the Barcelona game and has called on the club to take action. Full Time Devils spoke to Jon and Alex and has joined them in urging the club to take the necessary steps to make everyone feel welcome.
