Hey Jon for a fishing rod would be awesome to have a longer ultra light single pieces fishing rod. I am a big advocate for ultra light as just provides more fun for catching fish. Would be awesome to somehow make a Ultra Light Rod that could support a smaller bait caster that can run 2lbs or 4lb test. May be a dream but keep up the good work bud.

The pool is very shallow and very small, it will heat up quicker and reach alot higher temp than a small pond will. If you took that pool and placed it right next to a small pond under the same Texas sun, the pool water would reach a much higher temp. it's just physics man

I love your channel but I need to tell you some information you may not particularly enjoy. You absolutely cannot release that fish back into the wild after he has become established in your aquarium. He can contract diseases that he would therefore introduce into the water ways you release him to. I believe there is also a law regarding this as it can lead to destruction of the environment you release him to. I am all for you having a pet bass! But it would be a poor idea to release him into the wild. I hope you get time to view this comment as it can help protect the fishing environments we all love!

I have pond with some descent sized koi and I suggest building a simple obverse ground pond in the corner of you yard.you would be able to control the depth and water flow. I know you are possibly renting this house and I don't want to go and research if you are but if it's possible try and do it. It would be a cool project and make for some cool videos.

Personally I feel that if you are putting the little back into the wild why take him from it? Although it's a fish you have to make sure everything is right, I don't think keeping him alone is a good idea he can become sick. Now that you have taken the fish away from the wild it might not serve if you put him back. He'll get use to you feeding meaning he could lose his ability to go find food himself. I wouldn't ever take any type of animal away from the wild, from there home.

It also can have had pesticides in it due to it being on their lawn. We will see if it is still alive in a couple days. Hopefully it is but whatever.
