I really wish I hadn't accidentally erased all my video from that day. You did a great job of capturing the hunt though and you really caught on to polishing quickly. I think it's good that you decided to stay an extra night. That was a really fun day.

So many gastropods! Its fossil snail heaven! It looks like you guys were having so much fun! it looks like perfect kayak weather! Not overly sunny and hot but it looks nice enough! And now you are at the petoskey beach! the last one was gastropods. Now its all petoskey stones! I love how they are all rounded and looks river tumbled. Its amazing. They come out of the lake looking like they are ready for stage 2 maybe pre polish in stage 3. Its amazing. They are such a great fossil and they are really recognizable instantly! Gorgeous! And they polished up so nicely. Wow! i love it! Amazing fossils and so beautiful, polished! You did really well on the cab king for someone who doesnt work on it all the time. You got skills kyle! lol! It was an awesome video, and i love it with you and rob collab-ing together! Super fun day. You found some sun and some beautiful corals, and some ancient coral reefs and how you found the island , or part of 1 anyways, that has tons of gastropods and a bunch of those shell imprints that had a free neat ones!. I love the water and the company! Awesome video Kyle!

I live in Tulsa , Ok we had a creek running thru a housing complex, it was one of the best places in the area to hunt for Devonian era fossils. I found great specimens of rugosa and horn coral. Also neospearifers, crinoids and several other types I can’t name. It was a great place till the city cemented the creek.

I spent a few summers at my sister's house in Charlevoix, MI and my favorite thing to do was walk down to the beach to rock hunt. Found some beautiful things: Petoskey, Jasper, and some I don't know what. Since I was traveling light the only thing I could bring home was a few small pieces. I like to think my larger finds are gracing sister's flower bed. Good adventure you guys had. I wish I could have been there.

Wow, beautiful results! That smudge in the middle of the shot is still driving me absolutely insane, though, I keep wiping at my screen ;) I think that's what makes the focus slightly slow or off sometimes, but I'm not sure how those things work... I would have given soooo much to just walk those beaches and pick up the stuff you threw away, I thought everything was cool... lol... I'd have the hardest time choosing what to bring home.

I think seeing you and brother dege perform side by side would be awesome. If I ever make it to Florida I'd definitely hope to catch a performance like that right after I try find a meg tooth and some large shells and Calcite clams whilst avoiding gators.
