I have never laughed so hard at a Digimon design as I have had for BanchoGarrurumon... Just no! Mind you, the small detail on the jacket are very nice, but rest of it is a big "NOooooooo" (under the laughter).... Make it more like Weregarrurumon, get rid of the bat entirely, mayyyybe the pompour (and go for one of those biker ponytails instead) and then we'll talk. I have similar feelings for Banchoikkakumon, but I think he pulls it off better. Quick note: I am laughing at the design choices, but not the artist's ability to make such great art.

Love these Bancho ideas. Weirdomon really did a great job. BanchoGreymon reminds me of Extreme Dinosaurs (90's-early 2000's cartoon). Surprisingly, BanchoTogemon is my favorite design. I really wanna see what BanchoSkullGreymon would look like.

I am a huge fan of these designs. While these are covering the Adventure Digimon. I could see Bancho Greymon acting as an alternate Mega for Marcus’ Agumon as to line him up with his dad whose partner is Bancho Leomon I’d be down for the Bancho to get more members. Would be down for Bancho Megas for the Digimon World 3 trio or a Bancho Darkdramon. I could imagine the backstory being a member of the D-Brigade left to die before being rescued. It trained hard to become stronger as to become a threat to the army that abandoned it. Going back on topic, could see these be the Megas to an alternate version of the Digidestined as well.

Weirdomon out did himself with BanchoBirdramon. It's design is just awesome in my opinion. The flaming wings look so cool along with the jacket. Plus the fact that she's humanoid without being too human looking. That's something that should be done with more humanoid digimon. So yeah...favorite right there.

I loved the designs! The backstory for the digimon were cool. I have an alternate take on BanchoGatomon that I need to get off my chest tho. I'd keep the design mostly the same but have her keep her original size and form. I think it keep her more in line with the originals champion forms. I'd also maybe give her a school skirt just because I think it would be cute. You can scuff it up to keep it in line with the rest of the design. The big change is that I'd give her a weapon. A yoyo that was her tail ring. Going by the anime's logic, her tail ring gives her a hige power boost, this is important for her backstory. Gatomon had her tail ring stolen by a powerful leader of a gang. Gatomon then set out on a quest to retrieve her tail ring, taking out all who stand in her way. Eventually she defeats the digimon/boss that took her tail ring and in doing so unlocks her Bancho form. She now uses her tail ring as a weapon to show her enemies that she doesn't need it to be strong. Sorry for the long comment. I just couldn't stop thinking about this after finishing the video.

This was fun and gave me some ideas for suggestions. What if we took other inspirations and used them for creating teams of Mega/Ultimate level Digimon that could be their own thing? Each of the Banchos follows their own sense of Justice; it's the powerful will of their leader that keeps the team together as a team, so what if we went some other ways that could create other teams? Some of which could have a begrudging respect for the Bancho Digimon or have some other feelings for them. For example, what if we drew on police officers, Power Rangers/Super Sentai (especially SPD, which had a police theme), and the idea of a team of powerful Digimon enforcing the law and justice of another team of Digimon? Or, what if we drew on the concept of a literal band? For example, the trope for a group of heroes is the Five Man Band, while its villainous reflection is the Five Bad Band; so what if we had two teams of competing literal bands that draw inspiration from music? Such as specific songs, like a sort of theme song they need to be immersed in the data of; for example, for Courage, the song Never Surrender by Stan Bush or Live to Win by Paul Stanley; a musical genre, like Classic Rock and Metal and Classical and Jazz; maybe a bit of both with the data of specific songs being integrated into the Digimon and the genre of the music being incorporated into the name; but that seems not as likely because while Metal is a genre of music, there are already Ulitmate/Perfect level Digimon and Master/Ultimate level Digimon with the word Metal already in their name, and while some of them have a clearly METAL aesthetic to their design it doesn't really have anything to do with music. But the idea of a RockN Greymon, Punk Gururumon, Jazz Togemon, Ballad Birdramon, Techno Kabuterimon, VMetal Ikkakumon, Choir Angemon, Orchestral Gatomon, and so on forming a literal band that fights with music and attacks named after music and song is a fun idea to me.

Great video. I'd definitely be interested in seeing more Bancho's in the future, Ultimates for the rest of the Adventure partners would be cool, maybe some kind of like mode change or Mega stage 2 Bancho form for the Adventure Megas as well. Also you mentioned the 02 partners as well, that would also be cool to see. You asked for ideas for other concepts, so I've kinda wondered if they would ever do a 13th Deva based on a cat, since sometimes that's included within the Zodiac, the basis for the Devas, and maybe to fill that video out more give Megas (and maybe evolution lines) to all the Devas since I think they are all Ultimate level. I have also always wondered what DNA versions of the other Adventure partners would be like, like we know Omnimon for Wargreymon and Metalgarurumon, but what about a DNA for, as some examples, Phoenixmon and Rosemon or Vikemon/Plesiomon and Herculeskabuterimon or Seraphimon/Goddramon and Ophanimon/Magnadramon, or something like that, maybe even ones for the 02 partners, like what if Exveemon DNA digivolved with someone other than Stingmon, or for the Frontier Spirits what if fusion forms for the Spirits that aren't Agunimon and Lobomon, like Beetlemon and Metalkabuterimon and then one step further, what if that was the base for a Susanoomon like fusion with another Spirit instead of Aldamon and Beowulfmon or whatever it's called. There's a lot more I think would be cool as well, but that would make this comment way too long, so I'll end it here.

These are all great concepts. My boi Banchokabuterimon with that Slav squat (yes I know it's a Japanese street thug pose as well). I now wanna see a version of dark Digimon that weren't happy with the goals of the Dark Emperors and became Bancho to make their own Mafia. Lead by BanchoDevimon. Ranks could include BanchoDevidramon, BanchoDracmon (he's been a champion before lol), BanchoWoodmon or BanchoPumpkinmon, and BanchoMeramon.

I think the only criticism I have is that all the Bancho's have the same Jacket color, whereas the existing ones mix it up a bit with Golemon and Stigmon's being Blue and Lillymon's being Red. Helps mix it up a bit so they feel less samey and like they come from a variety of different places. Also this may just be me, but since Weridomon gave Gatomon the schoolgirl top, maybe it would work better to give her the skirt too, because right now she looks bottomless with just the shirt. But otherwise very fun design ideas.

Honestly really like this video concept. Maybe if some more of the insect parts of his body was show. My personal faves have got to be BanchoGreymon, BanchoGarurumon, and BanchoAngemon. Honestly hope to see Bancho Megas for other various Champion or Ultimate Digimon. Maybe Devimon, Ogremon, Meramon and Wizardmon for Champions and then Etemon, Knightmon, and Mummymon. I could even think of lore for some of them: BanchoDevimon came from a Devil in who refused to back down when facing innumerable holy Digimon. Never letting themselves be bested by the light, they form a coat of darkness around them fueled by their negative emotions from many brutal battles. Possibly could resemble DoneDevimon, like if it was a sane version of that mega form who has full control now but has not lost any of the feral might BanchoOgremon was the rival to the Leomon who would become BanchoLeomon. While BanchoLeomon has never truly lost a fight, neither has BanchoOgremon ever since the rivalry first started. These two would always be forced to a brutal draw wherein neither admitted defeat. Now he wields a massive bone Bokken carved from a slain SkullMammothmon it beat down. Still retaining that barbaric spirit, no one ever knows if it's rivalry with BanchoLeomon will ever be settled. BanchoKnightmon came from a Knightmon who grew disillusioned with serving under the Royal Knights as one of their foot soldiers. They took their armaments and claimed their own land to rule independently by force. Now and equal of any of the Royal Knights, BanchoKnightmon keeps his own little kingdom running smoothly through the followers he won over on his path to independence.

I'd like to see the other 8 spirits from Frontier have their own unified spirit evolutions. Similar to Emperorgreymon and Magnagarurumon, but unified under other elements

Making the Adventure partners a Bancho gang? That's a neat idea! And Weirdomon's talent is legendary at this point. As always thank you Karn for coming up with these ideas for videos and commission such amazing artists so that we can all enjoy such wonderful creations. From the original Banchos Bancholeomon is my favorite since I met him when watching Data Squad for the first time. Then I found out about Bancholillymon and I adore her. I still think Adventure 2020 should have given its Mimi a Bancholillymon as an alternative evo¬¬ What a waste that show was.... But anway, my favorite Banchos from this video are Garurumon, Angemon, and oh my that Greymon design is so badass!! It also felt like a blast from the past to me because its body shape and stand reminded me so freaking much to T-Bone from the Extreme Dinosaurs cartoon I watched when I was a kid!! Seriously, Banchogreymon brought so many memories!! Love it🔥 I definitely would like to see the other Adventure ultimate levels like Lillymon getting Bancho variants. I think I really need Banchoweregarurumon and Banchoangewomon🙏 Of course I want Bancho variants for the 02 partners and I swear Tamers partners would be the coolest😎 And since you mentioned working with other digimon groups I thought maybe turn the Adventure partners into something like the Legendary Warriors from Frontier? Were instead of elements (Legendary Warrior of Fire, Wind, Ice, etc.) they could use their human partners' crests? Legendary Warrior of Courage, Friendship, Knowledge, etc. Or what if just like in Frontier, it is the humans who turn into the Legendary Warriors? Like Tai evolving into the Legendary Warrior of Courage which armor would be inspired in Agumon/Greymon and the same with the others. Oh! But this idea would also expand into the beast spirits! Like the Courage beast spirit being inspired in Metalgreymon, and then the double spirit mixing human and beast spirits! Oh my gosh so many ideas and designs!!! Look at what you've done to me with this video Karn!! I can't stop having ideas with this. And the hyper evolutions would combine Courage, Knowledge, Love and Light for Taichi while Friendship, Reliability, Sincerity and Hope would be Matt's hyper evo! Damn I need to stop now!!

I love Banchogremon, big Street Sharks/Extreme Dinosaurs vibes! I also wanna shout out to Hidewomi's Banchomeramon design, which is everything I could ever want from a Death/Skullmeramon evolution (of course, Shroudmon exists now too!)
