Appreciate Bob trying to rephrase what Crix said about Frontier being more prepared vs best. I know it is just semantics, and there are some top tier players in Frontier, but seeing how Crix dies 2 days later in AQ20 is pretty hilarious. Is frontier the "best". Of course. Are they the "best" of a bunch of 30-50 year old dudes who are just playing an MMO the way we played it 20 years ago? Also yes. Watching some of these raiding clips compared to any other game and you see we are competing in something like the age 65+ speed walking community or something.

So the part you talk about the miss chance when DW, I dont think it works the way you think it works. The 24% chance to miss only applies to your OH and your MH is always 8%. Bob saying that he wants to not-DW as a rogue, you are basically 100% miss chance on your OH up from 24%. That's why people as Warrior queue Heroic Strike, because it pushes the 8% miss from MH to OH to reduce the OH penalty. Ofc this is before having hit gear/talents.

According to wowhead I am correct. The extra 19% chance to miss is applied to both off and main hand white hits. It is not applied to the yellow hits which would be any move, sinister strike etc. I was bummed I didnt mention heroic strike during the show. When you queue then cancel heroic strike it tell your OH that the next auto attack is a yellow attack. But your MH will only get that applied if you don't cancel the heroic strike.
