It looks stunning. It looked nice before, but the glossy finish would’ve bothered me, too. Kitchens are the last thing to get remodeled because of the expense. This seems like a cool idea without total destruction. Thanks for your honesty about your budget. No one is ever honest about that!

The gloss was a nightmare especially with it being a handleless design, the fingerprints were too much for my brain 🤪🤣 The colour was also not what we wanted so we’re thrilled that we got to keep the units and doors but just give them a glow up ✨🙊

I actually purchased this exact wood grain vinyl wrap it’s about £10/15 per roll so nothing like the cheaper vinyl and can withstand high temperatures waterproof I went with charcoal and did my small kitchen during the night cost me £80 it is a high quality high end vinyl that with the textured finish feels amazing every builder and person that has seen my kitchen couldn’t tell it was wrapped they all thought it was a new kitchen professionally fitted now it’s only because I have a small kitchen and my mum was a decorator and I was raised around tradesmen that I did mine but if I had a bigger kitchen I would’ve hired this company there finish is beautiful

The Billy's look like they were always meant to be there. Those 'Crittall' style doors are exactly what I'm looking at for my lounge thru to dining room double doors. What a fabulous turnout! I especially love the Ikea hack for the refrigerator surround, it looks so smart. I've always liked the element of framed glass above doors, in the US we call them transoms. In previous eras they could be opened for ventilation. Nice job, Emma and Simon, can't wait to see the rest!

Fantastic video, I love the idea of the 'stolen light'. the more light you can get into your home the better!! I love everything. Such a detailed video. I have checked out the Cover Styl instagram page, I did not realise they did tables and other things. Great idea. Emma, this made me so happy. We bought a house 5yrs ago and even though I chose the kitchen, I really don't like the colour anymore 💩🙊🤪 but the idea of getting a new one when the old one is still in perfect shape was just ridiculous to me. I am very interested in wrapping my pretty new kitchen also. I will also go matte, this came out so rich and expensive looking,it looks like you. Its interesting how putting together an outfit actually translates into great styling for all other things! ( as a hair stylist I see that having a good eye for proportion can be used anywhere!) I've owned my home for 10 years now (hard to believe sometimes) and I'm getting to the point where some maintenance is needed (i.e. roof, tankless water heater damaged in a storm, exterior upkeep...etc.). Homeownership is not a walk in the park - definitely an investment and it's so great you guys aren't sugar-coating the financial and time costs. Looks great! 👏🛠

We would never not buy a house just because of something like tiles. In our opinion you have to look past things which can be easily changed if other aspects of the property are what you are after, like location etc. Thank you, it’s definitely more our taste now ❤️

A new kitchen can be so excpensive!
