We hack up a 630hp Lingenfelter CTS-V for a common fuel issue!

Fuel pressure fault codes means this CTS-V is on the chopping block. Can we help a customer avoid a massive repair build by cutting up the body of this caddy? Well only if we can get the coupes doors open!
In this video we go over a potential fix for P069E, stalling, rough running, reduced performance and no start, made easier with a literal hack! We also have some door button troube so we fix that too. Plus LINGENFELTER!!!

Nice work OJ & FMU. .. It's always a difficult decision whether to cut holes in a straight car. Under the circumstances, and you guys do stellar work, & if it's done properly shouldn't't devalue the car. .. Most people buying a car like that would appreciate the easy access... .. Nice clean job on the alu top cover...👍 .. Yeah, had switches apart before caught off guard and all the internals fly everywhere 🥺. Crazy complicated gaining access to the fuel pumps. almost like GM don't want you in there...or taking it apart..🤔 👍

Guarantee it’s a cost savings measure, all the major European manufacturers build access panels. I bet it was a conference room conversation that went like- “maybe we should design a way to not drop the tank when the fuel pumps die… no that adds 40 cents to the build of each car!!!”

@@FluidMotorUnion doesn't make sense.. How much to manufacture an inspection cover? Like you say cents or a couple of dollars. Silly penny pinching.. Although dealers can charge 💰 to strip the car. Hmmm.
