It might be helpful to remember that you went for years without faith Chynna. God works with and reveals Himself to each person individually. Also, God's timeline is not ours. Most important, you can trust God that He is working to draw Billy to himself every moment. His relationship with God is not dependent on you convincing him to see what you see. That is a work of the Holy Spirit, not persuasion. May God bless you both.

At the end of the day, you can't ask any more of your husband, he loves you, supports you, supports your choice in faith, In the same respect you have to offer him the same, love him, support him, and support his difference in faith. My father and stepmother are similar she is very Christian, and my dad ended up going to a church he believed in, a different faith then her, but they respected their differences in faith, and she never forced her faith on my father, and in doing so he went from no church affiliation, to going to church, but at his level... success in everythg is not forcing oneself on the other, but trying to see life thru the others eyes. His way is 100 percent right just as your's is 100 percent right....marriage success is compromise, sometimes the less you ask for is the way to getting more than you hoped for!! Your last comment was "find more purpose in our marriage" how about your marriage is the purpose - working together at your own levels. !!

Billy is a good one! He is doing what he is supposed to as a husband. I appreciate that Chynna wants to be on that "perfect" same page. It seems like God is working on him! Just keep praying.
