@dangallagher61769 ай бұрын
@@aodoemela Ahh didn't realise Yohan ran that 60m so late! But still, Lyles' is now the 10th fastest 60m runner of all time, beating out Asafa Powell too who was ofc also very close to sub 9.7 over 100. Athletes seem to have faster 60m splits over 100 than their actual 60m PBs, (Coleman 6.30 vs 6.34, Gatlin 6.34 vs 6.45, Powell 6.32 vs 6.45), it seems reasonable to expect Lyles to be able to split faster too.

@@dangallagher6176 well outdoors you have the wind and there is no wall the athletes run into. Also outdoors the athletes are in their peak shape so the times are gonna be faster. Coleman split 6.32 btw.

The part where you state theres only been 6 sprinters in history to get fast times in the 60m 100m and 200m is very misleading The reality is easy to check when you look at 100m split times and then you realize that theres LOADS of athletes that have run well under 6.45 en route to 100m And then to title the video we have NEVER seen an athlete do this before... Do you like to spread misinformation??? SU 6.29 Bolt 6.29 Ben Johnson 6.39 Fredericks, Christie, Bailey... theres just far too many to list, it all makes a mockery of the clickbait you are trying to push And yet the subject matter of the video is something EASILY sold and interesting WITHOUT BS So why not get a grip on reality and just tell things how they really are and not cherry picked fake news, you are notorious for leaving out great athletes from lists because of doping too even though the ones you celebrate are obviously doped. Stop trying to tell people that these new athletes are exceptions to history etc when in fact they are amongst hundreds of great athletes not a handful, people will like them even better alongside the truth
