Always had respect for him having come from lead making to making Korda such a massive guiding light in the carp world. However since seeing his last few vids and podcasts I have even more admiration for the guy. Wish him all the best in every endeavour and best of health. I liked Danny beforehand, met him at the northern show and my missus thought he was a mate of mine he was that friendly, but after watching this and the podcast the guy is an absolute legend he has done so much for fishing its incomparable. I hope its a long long time away but I don't think until he's gone that people will realise what a massive impact he's had, not just on fishing but people's Outlook on life including mine 🙏 Just been mowing the lawn made sure I had the factor 50 on bruv 😉

I watch a video of dan a long time ago theres was him and another bloke stood at a table all about knots the video was a awful production bad in every way possible and I said to me dad this lad going places and he laughed at me he has passed way know so a carnt say a told you so a wonder if dan can remember that video I learned to tie my knots off that video and still use them to this day
