For example which happens a lot in Coffee's videos, the robot may ask _"Why didn't you do it this way?"_ or _"Why didn't you call out [Creator] with the current evidence you have?"_ which may be a common question a lot of the audience may have and then Coffee will explain the answer in detail. The robot exists to ask these questions on behalf of the audience. I do agree the comedic use of the robot is a little shallow, but the concept of the character itself is not unnecessary. It does serve a useful role in coffee's videos

Recent example being Karl Jobst doing ads on his 2nd episode covering TheCompletionist's allegged donation fraud allegation was a vector of attack for TheCompletionist's defenders, that they were doing the expose to enrich themselves. The whole shipping debacle reminds me of what happened to the Blacklist Games miniatures Kickstarter. The shipping company in Texas eventually allowed people to just pay to have their order shipped directly from the warehouse. Shelf space in a temperature controlled warehouse is worth a LOT of money. Getting those shelves emptied is incredibly important.
