I am really enjoying your videos. I think/hope that they will drum up more business for you. There are too many people that don’t read descriptions and end up complaining about the condition of their firearm. I think people will really benefit from seeing two things. I think if they see the really nice condition, non Ethiopian inventory, they will realize that there are higher quality pieces at decent prices. If they see the actual condition of the lower grade weapons, I think first time and returning buyers will become far more comfortable making a purchase. What I think may benefit you is showing bore condition in videos. Maybe even a video covering your general grading process and photos of what you might grade different rifles and bores. I also think it would be smart of you to do a series for people entering or wanting to enter the milsurp space. Something like how to get your C&R, understanding things like headspacing/pressures/etc, and other useful beginner info. There were limited sources on the c&r process on KZbin when I applied and I could see it being a good business decision to make sure the first company a new FFL03 thinks of is yours. I might also encourage at some point holding a contest of people showing off their RTI purchases for a coupon/gift card/ free item, then using the entries as promotional material. I really love the work you guys do, keep it up!

@@thegreatchickenoverlord5976not sure what you’re buying but the 20 or so rifles I’ve gotten from them have had accurate descriptions and I always buy on sales. Never buy A grade or top prices for them.

@@slimegoop9853 agreed. I find the descriptions to be accurate. I always assume that I am getting the lowest example within the grade I’m buying and therefore, I am never disappointed in the quality of the item as it is always the same as expected or better.

@@slimegoop9853 Exactly, then you wont be let down and if its actually just gunked up you potentially can be very surprised to find strong rifling under what looks like a sewer pipe. I even had issues when I ordered a rifle while deployed because it was supposed to be an antique and to go straight to my mom's house and it went through as the slightly cheaper C&R non antiques. They ended up getting me an antique rifle and didn't even ask me to pay more. I'll always defend them online because in my experience they're a very honest business with amazing customer service.
