Okay ignore my previous question I see that you went past the Roosevelt Arch, so how hard was it for you to go down that switchback into Gardiner? And I see that is indeed Canyon campground. We watched them out of sequence. It rained every day we were out there but we loved the cool weather and our friends and family back home were so jealous when we FaceTimed them wearing jackets and hoodies. They were broiling back home in Louisiana. I think I could spend every summer up there enjoying the no humidity and no heat summer.

The switchbacks into Gardiner were a detour because the main road was closed due to flooding. Not sure if that’s reopened now. But it wasn’t super bad, just slow.

Yes, a lower court changed the rule, but it was appealed and a higher court reinstated the rule while the case is pending.
