Today Jerry and Linda take their cart south over the bridge to Ty Villas in the Village of Chitty Chatty. Come along with The Newcomers as they show you some of the pretty colors allowed on new homes. You'll also get a look at the new villas, so close to Lake Deaton Plaza. Find out if any homes are for sale in the area, and learn their advertised price.

Jerry…Linda…[and Gizmo]…your golf cart rides are the best! Why? For someone like me who’s newly retired, but stuck here in New Jersey for the time being, it’s as if I’m right there with you. I have been on “The Villages Lifestyle Visit”, and hands down the #1 most fun thing was riding in the golf cart. And thank you for not dubbing in canned music. You are such great people, so hearing you narrate with “nat sound” is the way to go!

Jerry and Linda, I want to go to the villagers just to visit . it's so pretty there. I like it because the manicured lawn , golf cart road you are driving on , it's pretty. I Love Palm Trees , I'm a beachy kind of gal !!! I love beautiful homes, etccc. We are you long lost friends , who you haven't seen in yearssss . After all, I used to be your neighbor ( lol ) Illinois. I did think of hurricanes, if I lived there, I would leave a week before it arrives , head towards Tennessee and visit The Great Ole smoky mountains.

Oh I am just loving this golfcart ride. Since I paint I think that blue sky color would be close to the gorgeous Cerulean Blue. My home in Coral Springs looked just like those villas, miss it so much, should never have left. You two are so funny and adorable at the same time. Just bought a home in DeLuna, closing in about 3 weeks. Glad it has one big garage door + a small one for a golf cart. When I came down previously for my "lifestyle visit" I rented a place with the two small garage doors and getting my big car in the garage was like threading a needle. Beware of them if you have a large vehicle. Just too narrow to get in and out comfortably..

Always take my cart back but I’m also handicapped and they need cart holders for the handicap parking places because there’s no way I can walk back to the store without leaning on the cart! Maybe that’s why you’re seeing carts sitting in the parking lot!
