I think their ratings were affected by the pandemic. Viewership is still on the up, but the latest videos are under the median rate threshold. Since they removed the number of dislikes from videos, end-users can no longer equate the ratings from likes vs. dislikes. We now have to rely on 3rd party ratings firms who will tell you of the video is overrated or underrated. It's total bull crap if you ask me 😡

@@Fox-Robert Fair enough. Perhaps, I'm bit biased cause I was forced to write a "code" to customize Salesforce and I hated all the limitations they impose. And couldn't stand those who call themselves Salesforce "Developer". Many of them had very poor technical knowledge and wrote a bad code without knowing any optimal algorithm.

Salesforce has been buying up its competition for years, but since the customers of their acquired businesses are (massive) companies, they cant just change or discontinue any software or service. They have to support everything forever. So you end up with a million services, with many overlapping features, and similar names, each with varying levels of support within the company, and you need one thing, but the documentation is ancient and impossible to google (because of all the similar products and features at salesforce). And if you do find the API you need to use, parts of it have been updated to conform to the conventions of the broader Salesforce ecosystem, and parts of it haven’t. Maybe some Salesforce products are good, but as a whole, the offering is disorganized and chaotic.
