I can ditto the customer at 15:21 how hard it is to get the Tudor Panda -- I waited 15 months to get it from my AD. Since I took delivery in July, it has not left my wrist since. I always thought Tudor was the inexpensive step child of Rolex, but I am absolutely loving my first Tudor and will buy another Tudor without reservation. Kudos to Tudor for changing my mind.

I paused the video to gripe about the F1 car. Last time I saw it was in the parking lot with ambitions of being hung from the ceiling, and poof it's sitting boringly upstairs with not a trace of tracking how it got there in your videos (unless I really missed something). Sooo, what's the plan, where's the video of the move in and all the scrapped knuckles, grunts and groans? Personally, if you found the ceiling idea not possible, I think having it on a stand and tilted 45 degrees or so would look awesome so all sides would be viewable, maybe with some mirrors overhead on the ceiling. After all the hype about the car it now seems like a forgotten girlfriend nestled in a corner of the couch. Okay, back to the video... hahaha Marco killer competitive LETS GO, this guy cannot be underestimated. The last 2 minutes of the video, so glad you guys saw the light, my comment last week came true, it needed to be those 4. Great reel David. Congrats everyone!

Yes you definitely need to be able to engage customers in a bright and positive way, be proactive, and mix well with the group. However, there'll be tough and dark times when no one is looking or no one is acknowledging, and one has to plow through the work consistently and be disciplined in good work ethic being able to lead oneself and keep grinding to help the team. That is where the real measure starts. Hope one of these fellows can exhibit that. Too many people we have hired have come and gone, great personality, great talk, and great TALENT. However they didnt have the discipline and follow-through and consistent drive in themselves to keep at it when no one is looking.
