A long time ago, people in the TF2 fandom have already calculated the heights of the TF2 merc body models when they stand up straight (in T-pose), starting with the known length of the in-game hammer units as a base, then taking the height of the characters in pixels and translating them to feet/meters. The smallest is the Engineer. Scout and Soldier, when they stand up straight, are only in mid-field. The tallest merc is of course the Heavy. The next three talest mercs below the Heavy are actually the Sniper, Demoman and Medic! Even the Spy is taller than the Soldier. Soldier is much bulkier though, while Scout and Spy are the slimmest. Spy is the only merc with dainty small (normal-sized, really) hands; the other mercs have oversized hands because in TF2 the weapon models are also oversized so players can visually identify them from afar and the eye is directed to them. In contrast, the Spy usually moves around cloaked or disguised, and his knife is small because when he uses it he's usually behind you. I tried doing this, and although the clothes and such are kinda buggy for the halfling build (It might just be on Switch I use the Switch version), it overall looks very good and replicates the Heavy's bulk very nicely. One thing I did have to be careful of is the health, as increasing a units size also increases their health, but in case anyone wants the correct health then the formula for the health is multiply the size by the size then multiply that by your health input to get the unit's health.

You forgot that the Medic overheals his patient. And Medic has constant health regeneration and a long-range crossbow or a short-range syringe gun that fires a hail of rusty syringes. And Medic is _fast._ As long as he can dodge the slow-moving rockets, he can shoot the Soldier from afar and win by attrition since Soldier hurts himself if he shoots as targets that are close by and he can't heal himself. So you should have given the TABS Medic HP regeneration and some sort of single-shot hunting rifle if crossbows dont exist.

I've finally bought tabs last winter years later only because I really wanted to play around with custom units. Ended up making two of my OCs and the fucking Season 4 Attack on Titan survey corps. Fun fact: size can also change how much health someone has. Its like a multiplier, the bigger the more. The smaller the less. Also tabs characters always spawn like: if soldier has 200 health then he can spawn with around 180-220 health or something like that.

BTW guys, the size of the characters does actually effect their health. The larger they are, the more health they get. It's a percentage, I'm not sure exactly what it is but it's the same kind of thing as this. If you increase their size by 10%, they will have 10% more health.
