I hope you enjoy this low impact fun aerobics routine to oldies music. It's about 20-25 minutes of light movements with some easy to follow choreography. It will bring you back to the days of "jazzercise". I made this at home during Quarantine. Enjoy!

Hi Jenny. Just wanted to let you know that even after working out with you for two years I am still so grateful for this video and the other 25-minute garage door video. Whenever I just don't feel like doing a workout I tell myself I should still do something and then I remember these two short but sweet routines. I just found you 2 days ago, I started doing it 2 days ago after my morning devotion before I get ready for work. I love it. I helped me alot. I been having issue with my neck and shoulder, going to my pt every week, it helps me after. I have been doing the work out with you every morning it helps me alot. I work with computers slot, it doesn't help me with my neck and my shoulder. With virus going on, thank you for people like you, sharing your time to help us. I have just started your lessons yesterday, and I love them don't get bored. Thank you for them. I am 83 years old and live in a little town called Ilracombe in the County of Devon England. Staying home and staying safe, here in Edinburgh Scotland. Found your workouts and have been doing them for the past two and a half weeks. Absolutely great and just wanted to say thanks. I'm 64 and can manage everything in my front room except the 'grapevines', where my arm and leg coordination goes out the window! Keep them coming. Colin

I really don't like aerobics, but needed to do something to offset the shelter in place baking frenzy. This was fun. Going to do it twice a day!

That was excellent. One of the best workouts the music was so good. It really kept motivated and your instructions were so easy to follow and I felt a real sense of achievement when I was done. I added some light handweights but even without them it's an extremely effective workout. So pleased also that a warm up and cool down were included

Thank you so much Jenny for adding this uplifting routine to our lives here in Toronto where exercise classes and parks are closed ! My husband and I are both in our 70's and have been following you every morning for the past 5 weeks. Hubby gets discouraged easily, but your way of building from one simple step to the next worked wonders for him. He says he wants to exercise with "Quarantine Jenny" ! This even motivated him to get on our Nordic Track machine afterwards, so that he now looks and feels stronger and more fit ! We are so grateful as we have been absolutely loving your routine, including the music, and are planning to continue ! Would be thrilled to see you do a similar routine with dumbbells if you ever get around to it...

Love, love, love this workout!!! Pushes enough to make you sweat & feel you've got a great workout. Length is perfect bc can fit in anytime & don't dread. Music mix is fabulous!!!!! Leslie is great, as although my partner and 5 Yr old do her videos, I and my 14 Yr old do her at a higher intensity AND we all get a great workout.

Jenny, I cannot thank you enough for this video. I have exercised along with you for four days in a row and it is like torture each time - but my balance has improved, my stamina has improved and I am looking forward to the near future when doing this exercise routine will be a "breeze" because you have helped me get moving. This was fantastic! Sweaty, fun workout! Thank you for this reboot. I'm used to going to the gym 4-5 days a week, but fell off my routine because of the quarantine. This helped me start to channel my energy without injury. Easy, uncomplicated, energizing!

Hi Jenny! Thank you for all your amazing senior workouts! I used to work out in my younger years 5 days a week! Over the years, with a physical job I had, I got away from working out because of being so tired. Now at 62, I have put on weight and felt it is now the time to start loosing weight and get in better shape. Your workouts are easy to follow yet very affective. I have now lost weight and am grateful for your easy to follow instructions. I have checked out other Areobics for seniors and they switch the movement to fast and to many times. Along with very little notice ahead of time. Your videos are very easy to follow. Thank you! My favorite is the one in the 30 min. gymnasium workout.(YMCA song)! More please like that!

While in lockdown I came across Jenny’s you tube videos, I do them Twice a week and do about three at once. I thoroughly enjoy everyone, she is an excellent Instructor, thank you , will carry on doing them in between going to other classes when the Leisure centre opens.

Never mind the neighbours! I used to feel constrained by the thought that others might be looking at me but at the age of 50 decided I was going to say goodbye to such constraints & have felt able to exercise where I want since. I will go for a walk & stop & exercise by the side of the road if I feel like it. If people decide to stare then one can only be sorry that they do not know how to behave better.

Oh Wow!!!! If this does not make me fit, nothing else will! I have a home trampoline but this is much more fun and really fun to do! I am 73 and hate these fitness clubs so your 20 minutes ( if I manage it.....) are super!!! And not only during lockdown! I hope my back will improve with this. Thanks from Switzerland!!

Love your routines. I'm in my 70's and follow you 3 times a week. Please add some weight bearing for lower body if possible. Thank you for keeping us so fit!!!

I really enjoyed your step video but each time I've tried one of your outdoor routines, the music drowns out your voice so I have to strain to hear what you are saying. That makes it really hard to focus on working hard. I'll look to new videos with the noise level corrected. Thanks!

I'm a fit 61 year old with a love for running, but I know I need to include diversity. Your video gets me moving, arms up, and works some muscles needing confusion. Thanks so much for sharing! I taught aerobic classes for about 30 years. You are very easy to follow, and the music is universally appealing to all age groups.

Just found this....and love it.....Having lived a fitness life for many years,, then not for just as many. Getting back into the programs for reviving old interests.. My mailbox keeps telling me I'm a senior citizen, so I guess I can follow your video....lol.. Gotta say I love your use of music that I grew up on...too fun....Thank you for what you do !! ..And you're right ,,just because we can't get around for now,,doesn't mean we can't get ahead of the demons.....think if everyone got out on the driveway......lol...........Stay Safe and God Bless.....

This is a fun, quick workout for busy days. I've been doing your hour-long workout for beginners and seniors since Aug.2019. I started with just a bit of it and worked up to the full workout. I do it 5-6 times each week. I've lost 18 pounds and am no longer in the "couch potato" category. Thank you for your practical, "can be done" routines! Stay healthy!

@@JennyMcClendonFitStart No wonder your moves are gentle on the body. I'm the one who suggested you do a 30 minute workout with stretches at end. This one is perfect for me and I love the music! I told my PT about your videos. She suggested I try to incorporate them once the muscles loosen up in my back. I'll send her your video. I love your videos! I save the videos that work for me. This was one I could manage. My buttocks were burning though! Only issue was the music almost over-rode the instructions. Fortunately the steps were easy enough to follow

Thank you soooo much. I've been pretty consistent with yoga/stretching, but my brain/body/heart are getting sluggish. The music is cheerful and dancey and you have a wonderful, sweet, optimistic energy. Solidarity to all from France!
