The Korean airlines probably fly to Central Asia because there’s an ethnic Korean population in Central Asia that were forcibly relocated from the Russian Far East back in the day

What if China Southern fills in the role of Cathay? CZ seems to be keen on joining OW but they can’t since CX is apparently blocking them. CZ has a huge domestic network in China so it’ll be a huge bonus for OW members.

You were talking about eating local food. As a digital nomad for the last 5 years, I eat almost exclusively local food wherever I am and I am enjoying it a lot especially when I can find something tasty that is not popular internationally. I guess it also depends on how open you are to the experience of eating local food in case you don’t have allergies or other dietary restrictions.

Alex , I ABSOLUTELY agree with you star alliance is the best much better than sky team and one world… I am global service member on UAL I would not touch AA with a 10 foot pole after that horrible merge with US SCAREWAYS. sky team and and delta would be my second choice…

Any tips on how to get the Clarins facial treatment at CDG? I really want it for my mom. We’ll have a 3-hr layover coming from the US on our way to Vietnam. Lufthansa is overall overrated. Its c class seats are back from ice age, evrn the ICE in economy is poor.
