I quit permanently because of Activ/3arc replacing voice actors with AI Adding horrible garbage Fortnite skins into the store that just completely ruins the vibe and personality of CoD (CW was awful with skins but not this awful) Way too much AI generated content that looks and feels soulless (calling cards, emblems etc.) And overall... nothing to really gain from playing, warzone has always been ass imo, I stopped playing Multiplayer when it became way too sweaty, and now I just simply don't care about zombies anymore even though it genuinely looks good. Agree the skins have gotten ridiculous. Like COD was meant for more realism and Fortnite was to be more cartoonish. When COD started adding all these looney toon type skins, it has killed what COD was about. You can make cool skins with real life like characters. I can’t talk for everyone but I can tell you why me and my buddies quit: - Skins insanity - Immersion is completely gone - Technical issues galore - yearly recycling … I mean releases - Singleplayer stories completely wasted - Skins - Black Cell - Skins - The pricing Model in general is out of Control - the obvious usage of AI (creating maps and art) - But the number one reason is: The games since 2019 felt like jobs, not like time to recover from work and real life. They felt like really ass sucking jobs to suffer through. Jobs that I have to spend money on to “experience”. And I don’t need that in my life. At. All.

While I only played 8 hours of MW3, I agree. I watched content and seen everything you mentioned. There was always a reason to hop on & Black Ops 6 gives us no reason. I mainly play Madden & College Football 25 and they always have something new for me to do. BO6 is just grind camos, level, & repeat a bunch of kills which is boring now compared to the past. Treyarch gave us a good game but also a boring game with no soul or reason to play it like MW32023 did.

I know that I might be in the minority, but this is how I feel. The only enjoyment I get in COD at this point has been in the ground war mode, which peaked in MW 2019, was decent in MW 2 and then was included but completely neglected in MW3, leading me to stop playing after the first season. Cold War, vanguard and now this game simply don’t feature the mode. The SBMM has completely killed any enjoyment I have for the smaller modes, it’s just ranked sweat all the time. Maybe that’s how some others feel, idk.

I feel you completely. Since there's been no real good Battlefields either or anything that has that feel, I was playing a lot of MW3 Ground War. It felt really good with the complex gunsmith and how diverse the battlefield could be. The vehicles were fun to come against too, and it gave the class system enough room in a less sweaty lobby to let me play with a lot of different perks and playstyles. It honestly was what I sank most of my hours into throughout the trilogy other than the campaign.

Two things you should take into consideration if I pay 100+ dollars for a game I expect quite a bit if the games over 100 GB in size I expect quite a bit of content with that taken into consideration My main problems with this game includes all aspects of the game campaign, multiplayer and zombies my issue with the campaign is that I was hoping we would get classic quality call of duty writing, like how world at war connected to black ops how everything in Black ops made sense and connected, and then the ending of Black ops one tying into the beginning of black ops two and the introduction of Menendez that level of writing is easily achievable. All we need is an interconnected story and I was hoping thats something they would’ve set up for Cold War, but of course they didn’t. I’m pretty sure things in Cold War that didn’t get wrapped up by the end of the game were just ignored in Black ops six. Why couldn’t they have connected the games It’s really that hard. and then we have the length of the campaign for the size of the game. I expected 10+ hours at least. Usually when games are over 100 GB I expect 100+ hours of solo gameplay but because this is call of duty I’ll settle for a 10 hour campaign Then my problem with multiplayer is very basic weapon and map variety we needed more especially for the size of the game plus the problem with head shots for the camo challenge s for everything but it doesn’t reduce ttk so you aren’t actually rewarded for being accurate And my problem with zombies is they objectively ignore their dedicated fan base. Why can’t we have both new zombies maps as well as remastered versions of the old maps there’s nothing I want more than to play the original world at war maps with black ops six movement without having to buy or build my own PC and mod a game to my liking.

Ok this is honestly really sad. I’ve only really seriously played two game franchises for my whole gaming life CoD and WARTHUNDER if you look at the WARTHUNDER I’ve been playing it for 3 years they have been going on consistently for over 10-11 years but they only have 4-5 major updates a year and then invest in its community they have added over 10 new nations just because the community really wanted it. They try for their community and the community tries back and that’s why it’s has been and will stay good. It also has been consistent in its general idea and what it’s based on (realistic vehicle combat). I also think the older CoDs have been really good for years because they knew when to stop and when the best for the game was reached. Sorry if this doesn’t make sense

Since last summer I had been thinking about finding something else are playing warzone since Warzone 1. After BO6 beta test realized I'm not going to play this. Switched to Arena Breakout Infinite which the greatest thing I've ever played for the last year's, and probably ever. Maybe will take a look at Verdansk, when it returns. But Warzone and COD just led its community to direction where I do not want to follow anymore.

This is such a silly opinion, but I (as a casual cod player) have never grinded camos before. When Bo6 came out I started playing stakeout and just realised I was unlocking camos. Next thing you know it, I’m grinding camos for the first time ever on stakeout 24/7. I love that map. Then they remove stakeout 24/7 from the playlist and add other game modes that suck. My playtime has dropped to like an hour a week now. Stakeout 24/7 allows camo grinders and lovers of the chaos to play in a specific game mode. It got those people out of other playlists and into that one. Why do they keep removing it? Sure add new stuff… but just keep it there? I’ve tried everything else and face off mosh pit barely scratches the itch. I know most people won’t agree or will hate for for this take, but I’m a casual player who found something he enjoys. My KD sucks and I’m just bad at the game. Stakeout is fun for me,

I personally think that aside from the issues the game suffers from, people nowadays get bored faster due to "lack of content." I think people nowadays are "groomed" or whatever into high expectations and expecting more from game companies/developers. It's the same with Hollywood/film, entertainment and tech in general. Quantity over quality. In a way, we are already living in a cyber like world. Sorta like Ready Player One. If people are not 24/7 stimulated, then we are complaining and bored. It feels like nobody knows why they’re not enjoying Bo6 anymore but it’s just because the strict sbmm leaves everyone having boring ass games where they roughly break even with their kd. These kinds of games are meant to be dopamine printers, you’re supposed to feel validated when you have a good game which incentivizes you to play more, and strict sbmm directly shuts that down. You don’t feel like you’re really enjoying yourself in this game, and when you DO have a good game, you know your next is about to be hell to balance shit out again. It’s just so unfun.

Here’s an idea… LISTEN TO US!!! Not the streamers, not the content creators. No… Listen to the regular every day players. We have brought up all of these concerns and wants for LITERAL YEARS and they’ve done nothing but give us the bird. Fix the servers, STOP cheaters, DONT tell everyone EXACTLY HOW YOUR “CHEATER CATCHER software” works BEFORE it releases, Bring back DMZ, quit with the ridiculous BS Skin packs. IF they do all of those things, they’ll get some of their player base back. It’s NOT rocket science. IF you DO keep the ridiculous skin packs, legendary/ultra items MUST have ALL ATTACHMENTS; no bait/switches.

8:02 sorry bro but I disagree. Zombies has new additions, but it's not new and fresh. Multiplayer is the same. It's innovated on an existing platform. To the comment about multiplayer having no new things. What about the specialist perk system? I really like this feature. New games like Ransack. Along with fratures like grabbing someone to make them a meatsack field upgrades like secret agent, war cry, signal flare and there's still more. Black Ops 6 has added lots of new features to Call of Duty. Most importantly, lots of great features that I hope stay for good

You do not have to play this game 24/7 to notice all the things wrong with it. I think this is what your missing. I will also agree it does get repetitive quickly which makes it boring but the servers are horrendous and its bug ridden to the hilt. On Steam, warzone is still getting about 50-60 fps less unless until you turn off voice chat. Its been that way from release and they have done nothing.

For me is the maps but the hit detection along with bad connection bc of matchmaking make me want to leave the game every time. I’m fine with amount of contents we had now but the two crucial elements that make fps great maps, gun fight is atrocious in my experience compare to any cod before

I know you didn’t just say you’re tired of Black Ops and Modern Warfare!!!! Every time Call of Duty introduces a new series you players hate it!!! Let’s start with Call of Duty Ghosts, the game was hated and even with a good campaign and multiplayer that year people didn’t like it! Advanced Warfare comes out the very next year and is hated by people! People hated the wall running and futuristic movement! The next year they got go back to Black Ops with BO 3 and the game was a best seller! The next year we get Infinite Warfare and you can guess what happens: people hate it!! The next year Call of Duty goes back to its roots with WW2 and people like Call of Duty again! We next Black Ops 4 the next year and again people love it! We get Modern Warfare 2019 after that and again people love it! Moral of the story people only like Black Ops, Modern Warfare and the World War 2 setting!

CoD really does need something new from what's been done before. You mentioned a looter shooter (Borderlands and the Division come to mind) and I'm all for it in CoD. I do like BO6 but I've been mainly playing Zombies since multiplayer has its issues and I'll be honest I gave up on Warzone (It was best up until Verdansk got taken out) The franchise needs a shake up and some truly new content.
