Thety let Scooters on the train?!
@billmoeller889723 минут бұрын
@ontheroadadventure Yes, they go in the baggage car. Just in case you don't feel riding all the way back to BKK. Also the post office will mail them for you, not sure what the cc limit is, if you want to get bigger bikes when you reach Chiang Mai. Will be following you guys on this ride, lots of great roads in the north. If you do the Mae Hong Son Loop, best to do it clock wise. Save the best for last. If you end up in Pai for a few days, check out Brook View, the little cabins (3) are ok & you can leave the scooters & walk.

If you're both moving on 2 wheels, then it's still a dream that you're living, tbh the scooters did look a bit shabby, but that doesn't matter on an adventure. The last bike I had (2023 Honda forza 350cc) doesn't seem that bad now, haha. You're living the dream, and these memories when you look back, even as early as next year, will be the best ones ever. Thanks for sharing, and see you both on your next adventure. Love you both....bye 👋. Oh, and Rich, didn't you say keep the faith about fixing your better half's chin mouth? Small cc scooters you will not be entertained riding on the roads the way you did on the bigger bikes. You are expected to ride on the far left in the bike lane only or on the far left road off the dual carriageways. It can be proper dangerous riding these scooter for province & inter province travel You need to get out of Bangkok There are specialised big bikes for rent in Pattaya and more relevant Chiang Mai. If you want to experience incredible riding, you need to go north. The nearest best riding to Bangkok is Kao Yai national park Go north guys, jump on the train or fly to Chiang Mai and try and negotiate with big bike renters from there
