As I stated in the community post I’ve noticed one thing your honor, the defendant is a 12 year old CHILD, a child who was in fear for his life, yes the animatronics were tampered with meaning they weren’t themselves but put yourself in his shoes, Freddy was friendly and helpful, while the other were running at him like rabid animals trying to rip him to shreds, naturally you’d want to defend yourself from them ( especially that liability of an alligator) so my claim is that the defendant is not guilty by means of self defense, the one you should be investigating is the security responsible for tampering with the animatronics and many unpleasant things to young patrons of the pizzaplex , so defense call’s security guard Vanessa to the stand, or would you rather me call her Vanny

Operating machinery without a license is arguable since even though the machinery is laughably easy to use, the machinery was still intended for only Fazbear Technicians to use and if you fail to use it properly, Glamrock Freddy does kill you, showing how dangerous messing up the sequence of colors is.

1:51 Yeah, all of these “horrible crimes” can definitely be counted. The theft part is irrelevant because this is Fazbear Entertainment we’re talking about. They’re the worst company of all time. They treat their employees like garbage, they don’t care about their customers or their safety and only care about money, they always try to cover up things like kids disappearing, and they’re abusing their animatronics. So stealing things like Shirts, FizzyFaz, Masks, etc is fine. They deserve it. Gregory did sneak into the Pizzaplex, but Tbf, he was homeless. And he was trying to leave for the first part of the adventure until he got grabbed by Venessa. Yes, Gregory did destroy the Animatronics and steal their parts and then upgraded Freddy, however this was all out of self defense. The Animatronics attacked him first when all he was trying to do was leave, and he didn’t even know they were being controlled by Glitchtrap either. He wanted to upgrade Freddy so that he could have a better chance surviving against Vanny. Gregory also had every right to avoid Venessa. She was a servant of Glitchtrap and was also a killer named Vanny. At one point, Venessa knocks Gregory out, locks him in lost and found, and then tries to finish him off as Vanny. I’d say to Gregory good job for not going to Venessa. As for the First degree murder thing, he was obviously under Glitchtrap’s control. So it’s not his fault. And finally, the Parts and Service thing. While they are dangerous, they’re incredibly easy to accomplish, especially when you have an excellent memory. And how would we know if they are dangerous? There isn’t any evidence to suggest this since Gregory didn’t die. (Well canonically at least) So overall, Gregory is innocent. For the most part, everything he did was justified and some of this stuff should actually be blamed on Freddy for encouraging him to do so. Tbh, when I first saw this video, I was hesitant to click on it. I thought it was just going to be a generic “Let’s bully Gregory because he’s from SB” video or something like that. But thankfully that wasn’t the case. I’m glad you were actually fair and looked at the full picture.

Wait when was it said that the therapists were last seen in entering the pizza plex because that would have some major implications. Namely that Vanny couldn’t have killed them because why would they go there during her shift when the place is closed?! This would mean that Fazbear Entertainment, whoever patient 46 is, or an unknown 3rd party is responsible for these disappearances.

My guess is that Gregory was not the culprit of the therapists’ murders. If they disappeared entering the PizzaPlex, Vanny could have possibly been there and killed them but not Gregory. Besides, Gregory didn’t know about some areas of the PizzaPlex until Freddy told him and he would have needed security badges to enter those rooms.

For the trespassing charge, the animatronics are not a valid defense as before the lockdown, they were not trying to find him or cause him harm. That would be Vanessa/Vanny. It is also likely but not proven at this time that Gregory had been under the influence of some cognitive imparing drug or the effects of a probe in his mind. The defense for destruction of the Animatronics works because he is locked in with them and did try to leave before learning of the lockdown. An attempted assult of him was made before each case, and Gregory was trying to leave the facility to minimize the danger to himself and the destruction of his actions. Vanessa not being qualified for her job while valid is a stretch as Gregory likely would not know about that. Him having reasons to believe Vanessa was going to attempt to cause him harm is a better option and then having Vanny attempt to assult him after Vanessa caught him only lends credidence to that fear. You made the right call on the petty theft charge although you could likely argue some if not most of it was effectively trash on the ground. Machinery depends on if the tasks we see in gameplay are the actual work dome or not. It depends on jurisdiction but verifying that a therapist had Gregory as a client might have been able to be verified. With current documentation that charge could not be proven and then even if it could have been potential defenses could exist depending on if Gregory has a probe in his head.

Late but I'm going to go ahead and defend Gregory. So for the trespassing claim Gregory is either homeless and snuck in the Pizzaplex for food and shelter, or he was being forced to stay there during an event that happened in the books where he was brainwashed. At the start of the game Gregory did try to leave the Pizzaplex however the shutters closed at 12AM, trapping him inside. After reuniting with Freddy after daycare, Freddy showed him 2 other exits, those being the loading doc and the fire escape. However he couldn't leave threw either because with the loading doc someone changed the security access to require 7 security passes to leave threw and at the time Gregory only had 2 passes, and with the fire escape Gregory had to be a VIP when he wasn't(Fazbear Entertainment really should be sued for the HUGE safety hazard). So he was trapped inside the building until 6AM. For the destruction of private and criminal mischief, this is very easy to defend, because for the entire time Gregory is trapped in the Pizzaplex the Glamrocks were trying to murder him, all of which is on camera, and with one of the Glamrocks, Roxanne Wolf going as far as to say that no one would miss him. So it was a clear case of self defense because Chica, Monty, and Roxy were all threats to Gregory's wellbeing and safety. Also another thing to point out it that 9 other kids went missing at the Pizzaplex in the past, so clearly Gregory wasn't their first victim. With the claim of evading authority, Vanessa hasn't really given Gregory a reason to trust her while he's trying to survive against the animatronics. And then there's the fact that not only Vanessa is not qualified not to be a night guard, but she is also Vanny the killer rabbit lady who also wanted to kill Gregory, so Gregory was in the right to avoid Vanessa for the whole night. With the theft claim I'm going to first point out that Freddy the only adult figure at the time never told Gregory off for taking any thing. Now with one of the items that Gregory took proved to be very important to his survival. That being the Faz cam, because the Faz cam is only 1 of 2 items that can stun the animatronics, meaning that it was very important that Gregory took it. Also remember what I said about the fire escape was only accessible threw those who are VIP members? Well it seems that the only way to become a VIP member is by collecting the 6 golden plushies of the animatronics, plus 39 other items. So its very possible that Gregory had been taking those items in order to become a VIP and leave threw the fire escape. With the using machinery without a license, the machinery in question is quite literally Simon says. A 5 year old told do it. Plus Freddy is the one who asks Gregory to use it at first when he needs help reattaching his head to his body, knowing full well that Gregory did not have a license. And last but not least with the first degree murder claim, which is an event that happened in the books(which means it may not even be canon), that implies that Gregory was under the control of a very dangerous entity known as Glitchtrap, who had also brainwashed Vanessa into trying to kill Gregory and possibly succeeding in killing who knows how many people. So when it happened it was against Gregory's will. I will also like to point out that Gregory could very well sue Fazbear Entertainment of emotional damages over what had happened to him threw out the entire night. After all they were the ones who hired Vanessa when she was not qualified for the job, and it was their animatronics who hunted Gregory down with the intent to murder him.

Your honor Fazbear entertainment has given the world advanced robotics however as shown by Freddy Fazbear himself these robots or at least just Freddy have gained very clear sentience no regular robot would be able to feel sympathy. Freddy has shown this as he protects Gregory and attempts to convert him when he is frightened. This is saved in his memory bank. By turning him into scrap that is for all intensive purposes execution. Which Freddy should not get as he never committed any crimes himself. AND EVEN IF you want to say “well he aided Gregory in some of these things” remember just because a robot is sentient doesn’t mean they can go against their programming Freddy’s programming is like a humans natural instinct. He was just following his instincts when he was in safe mode. So with all this in mind it would be completely unjustified to turn Freddy into scraps.
