If you’ve ever watched the show “Komi can’t communicate” I think Komi would be a good comparison to Ayaka to some degree. @@jianna009 From my experience, the more I chase after something the bigger disaster it turns out to be. Yet when I take it easy things go my way as if my luck shoots up 10x the norm. Of course, there are always exceptions but for me, the universe does not like it when I give it my all. It backfires so hard it's impossible for me to not notice (eventually). It was only after I experienced it myself that I learned how this principle was known for quite some time. It's just that our culture promotes the idea that the harder you work\try the more you get (meritocracy) so this concept of "not trying too hard" is simply never mentioned as it goes against the narrative that hard work always pays and "slackers" never get anywhere in life. Turns out, that's just not true. Not always, at least.

Childe would honestly be that popular kid who no one wanna piss off, bullies and regular kids included. They kept describing a kid who would sleep in class, draw on her sketchbook and just fail to pay attention but she was still able to tell them anything on the topic they were struggling on and that she knew even more than the teacher. My friends always told me that they thought it was strange for a teacher to enjoy teaching someone who already knew everything that was being taught and someone who didn't really pay attention. As they described this person, I found her as a very familiar figure because most of these 'scenes' that they had described had most likely appeared in my own life too. I thought that once I find this person, we will get along nicely because of our shared talent of memorising facts. But I thought that my friends were laying the information on quite thick because they sounded like they were super close with this person, yet they had never introduced me to them before. It's been three years since the three of us had met and they had just brought this up last month. We find it funny to talk about our times in school and the gossip that was orbiting our daily lives. My two friends have not really changed since... However they still talk to me about this girl, but they have never shown me any pictures nor have introduced me to her yet. At the time, I brushed this off because it is normal for friends to stop contacting each other... But as I thought about this, it felt rather strange... *If they were that close to this person, why have I never met them... And why does 'she' sound so familiar?* It was an odd conclusion that I eventually jumped to... But I assumed that they had gotten into an argument and wanted to ridicule this girl by talking about her behind her back. I decided to confront my two friends, and ask them about this matter. But I was also nervous. If I had wrongly accused them, it would ruin our relationship and possibly lead to a falling out after a total of ten years of school life together. The day of confrontation arrived.... (I found out they were talking about me a few days ago... How awkward.)

I think childe would be like the athletic kid, he's very aktive and his favourite subject would be PE because he literally can't sit for more than 20 min. He'd also be the type of kid who does some kind of fighting sport after school, like boxing and joins competitions just for the fun of it.

I think Fischl belongs in the bookclub,given her backstory. She canonically spends most of her time in the favonious library. I also think Mona should be a theatre kid, given the way she talks and I apso think she'd be a good script writer, considering she writes for the steambird. I'd put razor in the book club too, considering Lisa is there and she would probably be like "Why don't you join me? It'll be good reading practice and we have cookies" And then she'd just sign him up and he'd be like alright. Also, that could make a good story of how he befriended Fischl. Putting Tomo as a quiet kid is a violation💀💀 Let the poor man rest💀💀

Thank you for not ENTIRELY slandering Homeschooled kids 😭 As someone who did secondary school and college at home, my experience with HE is that most of us are INCREDIBILY driven, like, if we aren't getting grades in the 90%, we are not happy. I could talk forever about how I haven't encountered any of the stereotypes, however of the genshin characters, if I was to map them to my friends / histories I'd say: - Baizhu 100%, the chronic illness home ed is real 😂 - Mika, I reckon he's quiet enough to have maybe been bullied so his parents took him out of school to protect him - Alhaitham, 100% the genius who found school too boring (I'm not a genius, but this was me, I am him, I teach myself and take official exams at centers lmaooo (A* student babyyyyy)) - Yaoyao, I could definitely see that, like she comes from a crafty homestead type family who make their own bread n stuff I reckon - Faruzan, I say her because she reminds me so much of my friend - super Goodie-Two-Shoes, wants to be a university lecturer, flawless grades, taking a million subjects, kinda socially awkward and definitely has a slight superiority complex - Layla, I feel like her exhaustion probably prevented her from going to high school, but she rejoined in college with flexi-schooling or smth - Dori, I reckon the HE stereotype. Really unnerving, do not want to be around this small loud child who insults you constantly - Ayato and Ayaka - hear me out, they had private tutors so learned at home in their big estate Others that I can't explain, just remind me of HEers I know: Chongyun, Jean, Zhongli, Xiao, Yun Jin, Kazuha Genuinely I feel like anyone can go either way, usually HE happens due to illness, bullying, lifestyle or just life circumstances, so technically literally anyone could be home educated. Like Kazuha, he's travelling all the time so he reminds me of the family that travels the world so therefore home educates their kids. Hell, longest comment I've ever written, thank you for coming to my TedTalk 😂
