I was looking for this too. I was actually going back and watching old ones (like in the 40s) and I loved being able to look at them both. There was one clip where Colleen was talking about eating a sandwich, and Eric asked her to explain it to her, and just being able to watch his reaction as she was explaining it at the same time just felt so cute. Totally get this is a fancier way of doing it, but I kinda like the old better too.

I’m obsessed with Narwhals… not only is their horn a tooth… it’s just their LEFT tooth. They evolved to have just the left tooth grow into a tusk, if you look closely, the horn is off to the left. And some Narwhals have a mutation where they have 2 horns.

I do think most people knew narwhals are real, but there are plenty of people like you who never realized. It’s true of everyone that there is so much more we don’t know than we do know. We get to spend our lives learning, which is so cool! What I read about the tusk: “Narwhals may use their tusks to detect temperature, water pressure, particle gradients, and motion.”

I am also one of those people that found out recently that narwhals aren’t legend like unicorns,Pegasus’, centaurs… like only within the like 5 years thanks to the movie Elf! 🤣 They were adding unicorn horns to EVERYTHING so I was not even thinking they were real at ALL.

Omggg I'm so happy!!! I just remember something super random. I remember in a relax podcast, a long time ago, You and Erik were talking about Duffle bags and where the name came from. I HAVE THE ANSWER! Believe it or not, i am from a small town in Belgium called DUFFEL. And our town is "known for" the Duffel coat and its typical closing (a wooden button and a string). I used to think that the fabric was made in our town but i dont think thats true, but the name did get it's origin in our town. And i believe Duffle bags used to be made from the same fabric, and thats where it's got it's name! We have a statue of a duffel coat on one of our roundabouts and our towns logo is that typical closing.They're pretty proud of it over here LOL I was waiting for the podcast to come back to say this again!! ❤

14:00 I agree with Colleen. All new cars look absolutely idential. I couldn't begin to separate them, by maker or model. They literally all look idential to me. Only the colors are different. They are completely boring. I don't even think about them, other than noticing how they all look alike. Old cars, from the 1970s and backwards in time, all look very distinctive! It seems like all the carmakers have, by this point, decided on their idea of a perfected form, and now they all look alike.

About the fruit salad debate- Colleen is 100% correct, every single supermarket n Ireland has fruit salads, pretty much all consisting of honey dew melon, cantaloupe and watermelon, if you’re lucky you get a burst open bashed grape and a brown piece of apple 😅 unless you go to a very fancy coffee shop or buffet, you might get more exotic tropical ones, but definitely a regular shop has 8 or 10 with cantaloupe etc.😅
