After many beautiful years together and many ups and downs we have decided to file for divorce. This has been a very difficult decision that took us a long time to get to, but we now know that it will be the healthiest thing for both of us. At like 5:30 Eileen is using a manipulation tactic by being down on herself like that. I recognize it because I’ve been abused like that. I am deeply touched by the level of vulnerability and authenticity the two of you demonstrated in this video. It pains me to hear Eileen express that she feels incapable of learning and change. Her ability to take responsibility and genuinely recognize the impact her behavior has had on you demonstrates her ability to learn. A relationship ending in its current form is hard but it can also create a new opening for the relationship to evolve in an even deeper way. A relationship can end in love versus anger and it seems that this is where the two of you are now and I view that as a testament for the deep love you share for one another. The fact that Julia was constantly asking Eileen if she really cared or loved her, seeking reassurance is just goes to show that they never really talk. I honestly feel like Eileen is much more apathetic, disconnected. I don’t know if it’s just manipulation or maybe it’s a past trauma that also reflects with laziness, lack of empathy (she mentioned depression and it can definitely do that) she gotta address that because she does come off as someone who doesn’t really care. I can see how Julia can get hurt by this but she gotta let go so you can presue happiness, clarity and let Eileen figure out herself. Even at Eileen’s age, change can still be a thing tho she might never change, gotta move on anyways. You can only help someone when you have the means, until then you gotta help yourself get to the means.

When money was tight because of Julia paying/ was paying for Eileen legal mess, Eileen seemed detached. This even affected Julia's trip to Turkey to get veneers. For this reason she had to make a way more austere plan to go and Eileen didn't want to go because it wasn't gonna be "as she expected".

Love and prayers of healing for you both. I honestly think with some communication therapy you both could work out your differences/past conflicts and heal . From what I hear in both of your voices there is deep love & caring there( that is very very rare). Having someone who truly sees you and wants the very best for you doesn't come along very often. I always felt that their relationshipbwas extremely rushed! They never even took the time to really get to know each other on a deeper level before they jumped into marriage! I never hated Eileen, I felt that she love bombed Julia to an absolute extreme, though and that was a huge red flag. I can relate a bit to Eileen - my own trauma makes a long-term partnership feel a bit impossible, no matter how much i like them. Its hard to show up for someone else all the time when you cant take care of yourself. Im glad she is open snd honest about thid instead of gaslighting Julia to make her think its her fault. She might have just loved being pretty and taken care of but she didn’t love you to let you do EVERYTHING alone especially at a young age that you were - Again all the hidings with the warrants and credit cards, the name changing… yes it’s legal to change your name but to hide it from your ROMANTIC PARTNER is a HUGE RED FLAG. You are supposed to share everything with your partner. - Another thing from the arrests, she didn’t help you and even seemed annoyed and bored at the whole situation. This is irresponsibility, lack of accountability and lack of respect towards you who did everything to get her out and clear her name. - Not mentioned in your video but I remember years ago in some videos you talked about how Eileen wasn’t really clean and organized person, didn’t do some chores which you asked her to do. I remember thinking that wasn’t a good thing and that it would’ve annoyed me a lot if I were you. Again, I am saying this not from hate but worry and love for you. You still love Eileen and it’s understandable that’s why you’re protecting her, you must also not want to have made such a huge impactful decision of marrying her and sharing years of your life with her.
