We rip apart & destroy a Volkswagen Mk2 Jetta Cli 16v in 2 days

I've been looking for Mk2 16v brakes for a while and stumbled upon this Mk2 on Marketplace. We went to look at it and ended up buying it. We took off all the parts that we thought was worth something and sent it to the scrap yard. RIP Mk2.

the tow bar, wheels and boot spoiler alone is worth the trip, man you gotta love those gravel cars bet these parts are real good under here even the engine.

Surprisingly, no one wants the boot spoiler. I thought it would be gone already. Jetta guys are strange. 😅 There is gravel everywhere, I need to buy a power washer for the parts I bought. Lol.

I've got brakes off a Mk3 VR6. The brake carrier angle is different to the ones from the Mk2 so my wheels are not quite Sitting in the correct location. I'm hoping that if I fit these carriers, it will fix that problem.

On the 330d, was the cat, dpf and egr deleted? No smoke at all👀

Jameel does smokeless tunes on tdi's. Previous tune had a lot of smoke and made around 18x kW, after tune 22x kW. So it works, its just unusual for a TDI. Lol. Apparently there's more in it but he doesn't want to push it too hard.

@@lowdl thanks for the feedback have a e90 320d. Would love to do stage 1, but fearful of the smoke and the reliability however need to do swirl flap deletes as these cars are known for them braking off

@@jahid_E9 yes I've heard that the flaps are an issue. J2 does some good diesel tunes. Would definitely recommend them. They can do the flap delete as well.
