£35,000? That's a bloody steal guys! I'd want £39,995 for that and make a decent profit from it! You certainly will have earned you money on it at thirty five grand if you actually count the hours you spent trying to diagnose the cause of the problem. Really glad you got it finished. Brilliant videos! Well done Chris and Rob!

I have been a lurker on your site for a while now, but after this series of vids I am a subscriber and just wanted to let you both know how much I have enjoyed the Bentley experience. I am an ex racing mechanic now retired in Australia and was shouting at the screen to strip/change the ECU. One of the best tools we have at our disposal is our sense of smell. It is too easy to overthink a situation but you blokes are a gem to watch and I am wrapped that you got the old girl sorted. Well done...

I thought Rob had waited to get this beauty sorted out until Chris had nabbed the E Class estate, then claim dibs on this one!! He could always have taken out a second mortgage on the Lambo!! Great job guys. 45 years ago in North London I used to help out a friend who had a smaller setup, but similar to you. He was a great mechanic, but got lost in electrics. I worked for BT ( it had just become Post Office Telecommunications/Telecom then ) so I helped him out with any wiring problems. He had an old 16' wooden hulled speedboat with an RS200 engine inboard with a Z-drive to the propeller and we used to come down to Sheppey and water-ski under the old Kingsferry bridge there - so long ago I had to check the name on Google Maps!! Great times indeed.

when you power up a car with a flat battery, the indicators flash, so it makes sense that all the indicator bulbs were blown if 24 volts were stuck up its ar*e . like always in the garage trade, if owners told the truth, it would be so much quicker + cheaper to fix, but that's never happened in my 42yrs stint yet. people say 35k is cheap, not at this end of the country it ain't, you could buy a one bed flat for that a few yrs back... thank god for a happy ending!
