You may be hearing that he has a speech impediment and he has talked about it on his channel multiple times (although not in many years because most of his viewers know his voice is due to the speech issue and he's talked quickly about speech therapy in the past) I think he has Rhotacism but he hasn't specified his specific speech disorder!
