In this case I actually for the 1st time think this ruling was dead wrong. He’s her neighbor she didn’t wanna get murdered offending him, he’s clearly unstable buying jewelry from a person u never met to help…he probably offered money n she said no. I’ve been in many situations where guys are being creepy and scary n bcuz no laws are broken nobody cares that he may in alive you one day cuz u rejected him. That’s even more prevalent from her error we have more protection in 2024 than 1994
