Coming from somebody who has an anxious dog - the vet can prescribe anxiety medication that helps to keep the dog below their anxiety threshold so you can do desensitization and counter conditioning training with their triggers. In severe cases you can go to a veterinary behaviorist (instead of a dog trainer), as they’re board-certified and deal specifically with things like phobias/anxiety. Also in case you don’t see this here I’ll be sure to dm it to Aiden :)

When I've taken edibles it's sometimes taken more than 2 hours before It really starts to hit so he might have been out of it after the podcast lol. You hear stories like this a lot but my first time with edibles after 1.5 hours I felt nothing so I doubled down. Always a bad idea. This might be taking it too deep but I've watched LinusTechTips for 8 or so years and Slime has a valid point. Linus himself has addressed it too that he used to be a bully in school even though, he himself, was bullied.
