That home is nice but vinyl flooring, what a cheap builder, laminated or wooden floors is better. Sliding doors are terrible and large ac leaks. Nice closets, electric stove is a downgrade. 5 acres horses would be first, then alpacas and cows.1 mil is overpriced especially with the cheap flooring, electric appliances.
