Where i come from, we eat avocados as dessert :) we would mash a bunch of avocados together, mix evaporated milk in and brown sugar and then refrigerate it and eat it cold :D yall should really try it :) Avocado is also a common grocery store ice cream flavor here haha :D

Marta Komar It all kinda depends, on the size of the avocado, banada, and how ripe the banana is. Also some people prefer thicker, some prefer to drink it like a smoothie. So to start, you can use one avocado, one ripe banana, about 300ml of coconut water and one table spoon of honey. This should give you a base, then you can add more coconut water and/or honey to fine tune it to suit your taste. Hope you enjoy it! ☺️

In the Philippines avocadoes are eaten as fruits and used as part of milkshakes or ice cream. We categorize avocadoes as a sweet/ dessert rather than as savory ingredient. Btw in the Philippines we havr cheese ice cream, cassava ice cream so we venture into mixing our savory with our sweet ones.

SouthEast Asians love Avocado for desserts, especially in smoothie form. Westerners eat avocado for savory things, that's why they think it's weird. But to us, SE Asians, we love it as a smoothie, ice cream, even just avocado and condensed milk together. :D
