We tried to recreate chef garima’s dessert

INGREDIENTS :-
Chef garima cook along challenge
She made Thai cuisine dessert
~Mahua flowers ice cream (Replaced with Kaaju kulfi)
Condensed milk - half tin
Buffalo milk - 2Cups
Cashew Powder - half cup
~Caramelised Malai:
125ml / half cup
water spray (it help to control the pan temperature)
~Khanom la:
honey 200gm
water 200gm
tapioca flour / sabudana 250gm
rice flour 150gm
salt 5gm

Asal mein ye sab khaana ya koi cuisine ya receipe nahi hai. Ye ek Naya unique try karne walon ke chonchle hain. MasterChef mein agar wahi Daal Makhni, Chhole Bature, Veg Kolhapuri, Veg Jaipuri, Kofte, Biryani, Ras Malai ya Rabdi banyenge toh Inka ye show kaun dekhega. Ye Master Chef Receipe bade bade Hotel mein kuch Naya kuch unique khaana khaane ke aanewale Raees logon ke liye hain. Hum jaise logon ke liye nahi. Shayad isliye Hume ye itna weird lag raha hai. Raees log har Weird cheez ko try karna chahte hain. Aur hume jaise seedhe saade logon ke paas na toh itna Paisa hota hai na hi itna bekaar ka time.
