They need to fix the Ultimates that don't have Cinematics Tien, Dr. Wheelo, Z Frieza, Cooler(Base and Fifth Form) Android 13 (base), Goku Black (Base), Kakunsa, Piccolo Early and whoever else. A lot of the Ultimate attacks have recycled cutscenes anyway in this game. It wouldn't be anything to paste them into these characters' Ultimates Makes the Ultimates FEEL ULTIMATE
