I've gone caving before. My anxiety goes higher watching these videos more than any horror movie. I can't imagine why anyone would want to do this. To me, its all just mud and rocks. There are no secret treasures, shiny crystals, or valuable minerals to take back with you. Maybe most of the video footage doesn't do it justice, but it all just looks like dirty rocks from here.

Exposure therapy does work for many people. Naming a new big beautiful cave is more complicated than it should be. And we are currently in that complication.
