I used to love Christmas when I was younger, but I am 32 now for at least 10 years I have hated the entire lead up to Christmas. I love Christmas Day, especially seeing my kids having such a good time, but the pressure from the expectations set by social media, films and adverts etc have made the run up to Christmas a mental health nightmare.
