I did this with my buddies, but we used a virtual wheel of fortune. We had like 2 handed, left handed, between the legs, using the 4 pound house ball. Backwards throw, even laying on your belly. It was fun. 10/10 would recommend.

I have tried the two-handed style and they have always been epic fail, it looks easy to throw with the two-handed style in videos...but when I try it it looks like an awkward move...and in the videos it never looks that way, it looks like a natural and unforced throw.
