Glenda - I had the SAME thought about organizing! 😂 I have done that before, especially when I was trying to find quantities of something but I’ve never shopped at Dollar Tree TBH 🤷‍♀This was a fun shop along! I found a makeup brush holder that I use for my hooks. I love the paint brush idea!!!

I enjoyed your shopping trip to the Dollar Tree. I love the Dollar Tree, but I don’t go that often. They do have lots of good stuff, especially when you really look for a while. I know what you mean about the yarn mess on the end cap! What DO they do to it? The yarn at my Walmart is always all over the place, and like you Glenda, I always have to arrange it neatly before I go. I don’t know why, but I kind of enjoy making it all neat and looking good again! We just have one short aisle. Thanks Glenda and Cody! 😊

Crafter's square yarn is the worst quality of yarn I ever tried to use. I like the dollar tree premier yarn. My dollar tree quit carrying the smaller skeins of premier yarn. I just found the $5.00 one pound premier yarn and I bought several different colors of that. I will never buy crafter's square yarn again.

I wish my dollar tree had those one pound yarn skeins they only had 2 or 3 skeins of that of that pink, purple, and yellow like you saw at my store. There are actually some items that are now $1.50 and looks like you found some of the items(the reading glasses) Also you can order the yarn online but you have to purchase in a case of 36. I use those paint brush holders for my hooks and also for pens the plastic is actually stronger than you think it would be. I have lots of those storage tote boxes they are pretty flimsy the ones at Walmart are sturdier but for the price if you put some cardboard on the bottom and sides they work pretty good.

Every dollar tree is different. Some have stopped selling yarn. 😞 BTW if you're lucky enough to get the plush. You can add another yarn and it crochets up to so so pretty. The gold plush with another gold yarn from hobby lobby and it was perfect match. 😊

Wish my Dollar Tree carried yarn. So I went to Walmart in my area and bought some yarn called Diagon Alley it's a #3 weight yarn and another yarn called well its main stay #4 weight it has blues and black veragated both yarns are beautiful . wondered what patter n stitch you would suggest for them. ty

When i worked as a front end supervisor at Michael's, there were always elderly ladies not stealing the yarn, but the yarn wrapper for the free designs.. perhaps that is why the yarn was so torn up...

I love dollar tree.. they did take all of Dollar General Items and Bed Bath and Beyond.. I bought that brush holder and use it for my paint brushes.. it is pretty sturdy ..

I like that Green in the $5 skein. It's a very pretty color. I need to buy more of the red and blue though. I only bought 1 of each last time and I saw a video of the red, white and blue worked up in a Chevron. Very nice.

You have a bunch of the big skeins. Ours sold out fast. But our yarn section is a decent section and has different stuff all the time. I go in my store all the time for foil etc. And I've got plenty of cubes from there. I saw the items and thought about hooks right away😊. Thanks for sharing.

Everything was only $1.00 before COVID, but after COVID hit the prices went up to $1.25, and then they also started selling different items like things that are sold at Family Dollar, and Dollar General that are $3.00, and $5.00, but nothing above $5.00 , hope this helps 👍

The Premier site has the Premier 5.00 yarn on sale in the clearance section. All the kinds you are looking at are there. And no returns so I think they are getting rid of it.

I think that premier Just Yarn One Pound is too rough. I saw it at my Dollar tree. I would believe they are discontinuing it. I think the smaller Just Yarns are softer! I bought some of those. The regular kind too, not talking about the chenille.

Yes to Mallo Cups! Growing up my brother collected Mallo Cup points, when you had 500 points you got a box of Mallo Cups for free, he won a lot of them that way. They were sent in the mail, I wondered how they ever came without melting. Some of the yarn looked nice, our Dollar Tree doesn't have much going for it.

I purchased the pencil holder for my crochet hooks. You will need to glue it together. Mine kept coming apart. My husband used gorilla glue on, now I love it. It works great. Love your videos.

Aaahh so luckyyy! iv been to 5 Dollar trees and CANNOT find the new primere yarn 😭😭 apparently they only sell it a "dollar tree plus" stpres but there are none in my area, i have to go to a different state i think 😤 Lame bec they do sell $5 things at all of them... Crafters Square was always the regular dollar stores yarns when my kids were little before they started carrying Premier. Nothing wrong with it Cody, it's a long lasting affordable yarn for smaller projects used it many times. I found my Store is now carrying the Teddy premier yarns it makes the Loaf cats look like long haired kitty's lol I am liking it.

Omw I wish we had Dollar Tree shops in SA. Love the idea of baby blanket with the yellow pink and blue yarn you showed. Will be pretty. When I crochet something and yarn is not soft soft, I rinse the item in cold water with half a cup of white vinegar. Item comes out super soft. I have found that the readers one buys in a shop just makes my eyes worse than what it is. Thank you Glenda and Cody for taking us with.
