i am sorry you missed your flight! the same thing happened here to me here in Mexico city and i was with my daughter who was 2 at the time, i wanted to cry! i ended up taking a bus because paying another plane ticket was super expensive and we were going to cancun. Merry Christmas!!

I had my flight with Delta to Moscow,Russia and I missed the time when I could leave my luggage. By like 10 min. I called Delta multiple times,first very pissed then I was to tired to fight with them and I was super nice:) They ended up returning all my money for lost tickets. (Originally they took $300 ) . I booked one way ticket and had to buy another ticket back. 😊
