I just heard that an apt building was bombed in Kharkiv. I hope your mom and family/friends are ok. ❤

Yeah, poor Kharkiv is being wiped off the face of the earth 😭 My family is okay. Thank you for asking ♥️. They live in Kherson - it’s the only big city that was occupied for 9 months and then liberated. Luckily, everyone lives in the farthest from the river neighborhood which makes it kinda safer than the rest of the city. They still get occasional shelling and bombing but not as often as the rest of the city.

maybe it's the full moon in Capricorn making your knees worse, maybe you should do a little bit of exercise at a time until you get used to it again

Maybe have your vitamin D level checked? My knees hurt a lot and it was because my vitamin D level was low. I don’t get enough sunshine 🌞

Oh, yeah… Mine is constantly low, too

Sounds like you have a soft tissue or even band problem due to either an injury or soon to come injury. On the sides? For both!? Specially with lack of rest and constant running there's not much recovery going on. I've torn both knees, an achilles, and ruined my ITB once due to sports and improper form as well as lack of muscle strengthening. Knee problems are like a railroad track. Often the pain or injury is the result of that specific area compensating for another muscle group that's weak, where the real problem is. Shoot me a message/call if you wanna talk about it a bit more.
