I used to suffer from plantar fasciitis, I founf strengthening my calves was just as important as stretching!

So weak can’t heel raise what to do. After ank;le and calf injury I worked on my feet long hours in busy season letting that one rest then became a habit over the winter and now I am so screwed. I can walk but have a slight limp. Its weak as hell. Not sure if it is the calf or ankle. I can move in all ranges but its super weak. Any help? No insurance and I am terrified.

Are we supposed to do all those exercises or select a few that we favour and do them every third day. I always wonder about that because I have been over exercising and have put myself on a one week break. I was aching everywhere and had trouble functioning and walking. I was burned out. I am 83 by the way.

Will what if you are just getting back to fitness and through injury and lack of use through covid you cant even do a calf raise? I guess proceed through the first two until you can have enough strength to begin lifting up? Thank you for your instruction ❤
