How small of a man must you be to go and hunt something solely as a trophy? I grew up where the purpose of hunting was to put meat in the freezer, not antlers on a wall. My dad killed his limit pretty much every year and only ever had one mounted and naturally it was the largest one he ever got and he had hunted it for literally years. He didn’t pay someone to bring him to what equates to a stockyard

I think, (for what that may be worth)......our brains or our conscience thinking abilities as humans, also have in our bodies the Adrenalin, or blood cells....OR whatever immediately sets in to fight off disease, trauma, start healing.....forever, or temporarily until the specific brain, mind, emotions,etc can handle it while retaining our sanity. Perhaps amnesia and disbelief are two of those built in coping mechanisms, .....how is it possible not to believe it when you are told that a loved one is dead by the police, even after you have seen them, that they are gone.....but in your mind you concoct that it isn't so? How is it possible to know something even....yet not believe it, not accept it? I had always thought it was self deception on purpose, which sometimes is, but not always the case. The mind, consciences, everyone with the same basic physical brain thinking, perceiving, behaving to differently is not something science can explain. I didn't believe the brain could play the tricks it can on itself, or what appears to be itself. I had never conceived of the idea that our brains come to our aid to save some trauma for us to go forward. Until mine did.

The third one is rough. Usually when a guy is going to off his wife, they have problems leading up to it. These people seemed like what everyone would want their lives to be like... The pipe falling off a truck might sound unrealistic, but I've seen it happen. (By the way, pipes don't "fling" themselves out of trucks and land flat then bounce up, they slide, hit end first and cartwheel like a MF.) BUT the husband changing his story THREE TIMES just seems odd. Especially to do it on the witness stand, when your lawyers have had time to ask the guy you're going to use and MAKE SURE... Why would he do that if he's not hiding something? I don't know... But for 12 people to say no reasonable doubt just proves what George Carlin always said, "You're getting judged by 12 people that are too dumb to get out of jury duty."

It’s extremely unfortunate that Nicky died & my heart goes out to the mom. But “Nicky’s law” is absolutely not right! If a guy thinks he is with a girl and finds out it’s a man…. Of course someone would freak out!! So this law says that a person can’t have strong emotions about it?? Absolutely ridiculous!
@obsidiansea24 күн бұрын
It just means they can't use it as a defense against criminal charges. Doesn't mean they can't get upset.
@RedLilyCat3 күн бұрын
There are no laws saying you can't have strong emotions, not anywhere. This just legally makes it unlawful to use those emotions as justification for violent crimes. Nothing justifies a violet crime unless in self defense. His life wasn't in danger just becuase she unwisely kept her identity a secret from a potentially sexual partner.

1:24:03 Case regarding Barbara KentHammar... the woman killed by the steel pipe flying through the windshield ...is absolutely wild, and I've heard it covered several different times in detail by several different investigators or influencers and I am just so convinced by everything that he was 100% innocent in this, up until the ONE SINGLE DETAIL. and he wasn't able to give a straight story one damn time about where they were headed, who they were meeting, without it changing every single time...because each time they went to go investigate each story, every single fact and detail, whether they were questioning the person they were supposed to meet or the direction they were heading... completely didn't check out whatsoever... it's crazy because NONE of it makes sense. If he didn't bomb his alibi... OVER AND OVER...I would have never believed for a second that he was guilty. This case and many others prove that NO MATTER WHAT... YOU NEVER TRULY KNOW SOMEONE😏‼️

It was so known his mom just peppered it in like it was nothing. His mother was an enabler and she's weak. Oh and talking about the legacy of a meth addicted confused teenager with a friend instead of mother was over the top...

Add methamphatamine to that kind of psycholigy, is it really far fetched to think Nikki may have attacked him for rejecting her? I don't know, but I think that would create reasonable doubt as to it being a hate crime. I think Bogdanovs sentence is fair. Nikkis mother needs to take more responsibility for her drug addicted female passing 17yr old trans child being out on the streets playing dangerously, approaching & becoming intimate with men who believe her to be a woman. Smoking Meth & engaging in sexual intimacies with an intoxicated man who believes she is a girl is very dangerpus behaviour for a grown adult nevermind a 17yr old & from how everyone spoke of Nikki i have no doubt he did react with aggression when insulted by Bogdanov. This is physically a 17yr old male & Nikki was no stranger to violence having dodged 6 bullets & come away with grazes she knew how to fight & handle bad situations. Her being Trans was definitely used as political propaganda & i prefer to hear honesty in criminal cases. The truth is that she was an accident waiting to happen & her trans activist mother should have acted before her death.

Her being trans was an issue Bogdanovs had and is what led to her death. Rebuffed by him she may or may not have attacked him first but he lied from the start. Still, she had no business being out late, using meth and drinking. Neither do non transgender girls who does the same who also become victims of violent crimes. Political propaganda? Transgender people have been around for millennials, including ancient times, and accepted as a third gender. (Transgender was only recently coined.) There's country's today who accepts and even feels culturally honored to have "third gender" people. Again, political propaganda? I'd say in the US and some other countries they make it political by marginalizing these people, as does archaic religious beliefs.
