Weaving with the Theo Moorman Inlay Technique

When the inlay warp starts to loosen, put a dowel or bar through that part of warp and let it hang down under warp beam. Add weight (like fishing weights) to the bar if necessary.

Could this technique be done on a rigid heddle???!

My question also.. Although I think the lifting of the warp would result in tension issues.
