This case law helped towards a dismissed infraction (misdemeaner turned to refusal of arrest with out force) - however the legal fees incurred might have surpassed the $2500 infraction : ROI for justice (bill or rights/constitution) is a slippery slope (Baker v. Glover and Cunningham v. State, respectively). The Alabama case revolved around a sticker which read "How’s My Driving? Call 1-800-EAT SHIT!," while Georgia's focused on a bumper sticker that displayed "Shit Happens." It's not clear how far Webb will go to fight his conviction, so following this particular story could be quite interesting in the long run.

@Nick West I wrote that wrong. It is absolutely covered under the first amendment. Cities sometimes try to create their own limits on constitutional rights with ordinances. What I meant was I'm shocked it wasn't thrown out or appealed (because of our first amendment). Remember, our 2nd Amendment says we have the right to bear arms. There's only 23 states that let's their citizens constitutional carry. The rest are in direct defiance of that right. So sometimes places like this create laws that are in violation of our constitution. It's up to us, to fight these limits.
