Fried chicken is just the best food ever invented. Never tried it in the grill before! Awesome! We do roasted chicken and bbq'd chicken regularly over the Grill Stone, but now I'm going to move up to fried... Thank you SO MUCH for including us in your video!

I would have gave it a couple sprays of pam or duck fat spray about half way through... Good video! I like the BBQ dragon stuff, but no longer have a kettle

Looks great! I wonder if hitting it with some spray oil before baking would have made the skin more brown. I will try this recipe!

Well now I want some fried chicken! I wonder if a light coating of spay oil (PAM) before putting the chicken on the grill would help add a little more crispyness and sheen?

Why not cover the deflector with foil? Now everything will taste like chicken until you get it burned off.
@getoutandgrill6 жыл бұрын
Ah. You are a smart man. I should of done that.

Wash
@BBQDragon6 жыл бұрын
@@diamond52859 Careful when washing - the deflector is made out of a very porous ceramic that absorbs water and oils and... SOAP! We recommend not using soap. And, if you feel like rinsing with water, make sure the stone has plenty of time to dry out before tossing over a pile of flaming coals. Usually scraping it off and then leaving in a hot grill for a while will burn out the residual smells of cooking. Mine is black. Works great for smoking and roasting, but I'd want to cook it for a while before transitioning to using it as a pizza stone with direct pizza crust contact.

What a bunch of ridiculous and unnecessary gadgets, especially the chimney you aren't supposed to fill. People get better results without any of that stuff.
